The NIST CSD provides reports on a variety of information security topics.

SANS Internet Storm Center
The SANS ISC provides free analysis and warning service to thousands of Internet users and organizations, and is actively working with Internet Service Providers to fight back against the most malicious attackers. The ISC relies on an all-volunteer effort to detect problems, analyze the threat, and disseminate both technical as well as procedural information to the general public.

United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team
The US-CERT provides timely information about current security issues, vulnerabilities, and exploits.

Emerging Threats is an open source community project that produces a timely Snort Signature sets and firewall rules. 

Open Information Security Foundation (OISF)
The Open Information Security Foundation is a non-profit foundation organized to build the next generation IDS\IPS engine.

The Open Web Application Security Project is focused on improving the security of application software.

VirusTotal is a free service that analyzes suspicious files and facilitates the quick detection of viruses, worms, trojans, and all kinds of malware.

Phishing: Phishing attempts can be reported to the US-CERT at phishing-report@us-cert.gov .

Vulnerabilities: Vulnerabilities can be reported to the US-CERT at cert@cert.org or soc@us-cert.gov.

Cyber Crime: Cyber crime can be reported to the Internet crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
